| This gas station with convenience store generates sales of about 100,000 gallons per month @ $.14 per gallon and convenience store sales of about $65,000 per month @ about 30% gross margin. It is located just off interstate I-95 and has a fully equipped food service area for a take-out deli or other fast food business which is presently not being operated. In the past, this area of about 300 sq. ft. has produced sales in excess of $1,000 per day. Marginal income on deli sales should be in the 35% range on sales at a minimum. This would be $350 per day or $1,750 per week for a five-day week or $87,500 per year additional profit to the owner and should be added to the figures showing here. Lottery sales run in the range of $70,000 per month at about 5% commission but lottery was discontinued in 2007 by the owner for personal reasons .
